I want to generate a .vdx file from a second application.
The xml is somthing like this:

<Shape ID="6" Type="Shape">
<XForm>
<PinX>1</PinX>
<PinY>7</PinY>
</XForm>
<Connection />
<Text>Application</Text>
</Shape>
<Shape ID="7" Type="Shape">
<XForm>
<PinX>4</PinX>
<PinY>7</PinY>
</XForm>
<Connection />
<Text>Disk Drive</Text>
</Shape>
<Shape ID="8" NameU="Dynamic connector" Type="Shape" />
<Shape ID="9" NameU="Dynamic connector" Type="Shape" />
</Shapes>
<Connects>
<Connect FromSheet="8" FromPart="2" ToSheet="5" ToPart="3" />
<Connect FromSheet="8" FromPart="2" ToSheet="6" ToPart="3" />
<Connect FromSheet="9" FromPart="2" ToSheet="5" ToPart="3" />
<Connect FromSheet="9" FromPart="2" ToSheet="7" ToPart="3" />
</Connects>
</Page>
</Pages>
</VisioDocument>

But when I open this file in visio, I get the Warning:Element or attribute
data that is valid but inconsistent with the rest of the file!
What is wrong?

Thank you!
This was very helpful, now I have a reference. And after adding the
required tags it works.

Best regards
Klaus
